Design is all pervasive. The Department of Design at W.A.F. aims to help students discover their creativity and instil in them skills to be able to give form to their creativity. Indian art and traditional crafts form a cornerstone of the design sensibility prevalent at the School. The Department of Design aims to nurture creative minds to develop an ability to think outside the box and deliver creative and functional results. The department aims to become a centre of excellence in design education. The academic programs at the Department of Design are designed to develop technical skill, social significance and artistic expression.
